Dice Sport and Casual Wear shareholders gave a nod to withholding dividend for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2014.
The company posted net profits of EGP 15.3 million for 2014, compared with EGP 10.9 million for the previous year.
Dice is capitalised at EGP 28 million, distributed across 7 million shares at EGP 4 par value each.
